Dr. Jason Warner

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Dr. Jason Warner is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and co-founder of the AI-Military Integration Database (AIMID). A political scientist by training, he has over 20 years of experience in international security affairs at the intersection of government, academia, and think tanks. Among other roles, he has served as a civilian assistant professor at the U.S. Military Academy (West Point); as the director of research at the U.S. Army's Foreign Military Studies Office; as a senior analyst in the U.S. Government; and has published three books and dozens of academic and policy-focused articles on international security affairs in top academic journals and public-facing outlets. He holds a Ph.D. from Harvard University.

Lucas Winter

Chief Data Officer (CDO)

Mr. Lucas Winter is the Chief Data Officer (CDO) and co-founder of the AI-Military Integration Database (AIMID). With over 15 years of experience as a regional and security analyst, he actively fuses his domain expertise with data engineering to build solutions at the nexus of geopolitical intelligence, multilingual systems, and data architecture. He served as a senior Middle East and North Africa analyst for the U.S. Army's Foreign Military Studies Office, where he also led methodology development for complex analytical research initiatives. He has published numerous articles on regional dynamics and irregular warfare in the Middle East, and holds M.A.s in international relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS and Arabic language from the University of Maryland.

Carlos Manuel Avila-Mata

Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

Mr. Carlos Manuel Avila-Mata is the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of the AI-Military Integration Database (AIMID). An intelligence analyst and geospatial specialist by training, he has experience delivering OSINT-driven threat assessments, enterprise geospatial products, and decision-support tools for U.S. defense and national security partners. Among other roles, he has built AI-enabled and full-stack tools integrating data, analytics, automation, and geospatial visualization, and contributed research and visualization to homeland security analysis on violent non-state actors. He holds a Master of Professional Studies in Homeland Security Intelligence and Geospatial Analysis from Penn State University.
